Dear Valued Clients,

Update on our EUDR compliance progress,we’re taking two major steps to ensure we’re fully prepared.

First, we’ve appointed SGS, a world-leading certification body, to conduct a formal audit of our EUDR Due Diligence System (DDS) this September. This independent verification is crucial for validating our compliance. We expect to receive our official certificate by the end of October.

Second, we are implementing the Osapiens platform for managing all EUDR data. This system allows our suppliers to submit compliance data directly and uses automated checks to verify that our materials meet EUDR standards.

These actions demonstrate our strong commitment to a transparent and compliant supply chain, ensuring a smooth continuation of our business together.
